Membership Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for membership purchases only, under the following strict conditions:

Once the membership expires or is canceled, any unused sessions are forfeited — they cannot be used later, rescheduled, refunded, or carried over to a future billing cycle.
Sessions do not accumulate across renewals. Each billing period includes a new session allowance, and unused sessions from previous periods are not retained.
